The Euro Tour ’09

For the last 6 years the KKL have prepared an elite youth soccer squad to travel to Europe and compete in major world youth football tournaments.

This popular team have attracted thousands of people to games and have now won 15 international soccer tournaments including:

The Euro Tour 2009 kicks off in Sweden in late June (see our schedule below). It will be the first opportunity for many of the players to travel outside Uganda and will also include fixtures in Denmark, Belgium (tbc) and the United Kingdom.

With their football and musical talents, the Kampala Kids League boys entertain thousands of people both on and off the field and became well known as the team that plays football with a smile on their faces. Dennis Andersson, Tournament Leader of the Gothia Cup, describes our team as the “Perfect Ambassadors for Uganda”.
